What brands of computer do you work on?

How fast is turnaround?
Quick jobs like SSD upgrades, virus removal, RAM upgrades and battery swaps are fast when parts are on hand. Screen replacements require ordering the correct panel first, so those take longer.
Where do you do the actual repair?
Quick fixes we handle on the spot when we come to you; for most repairs we take the device to our bench, where we have the full tools and parts, and bring it back when it’s ready.
Can you recover data from a dead hard drive?
Yes. If the drive is still partly responsive, we can recover in most cases. If the drive is physically broken (no spin, head crash), we coordinate with a specialty clean-room lab.
Do you do Mac repair other shops won’t touch?
Often. T2 chip issues, board-level repair on MacBooks, older iMacs — we have the equipment and experience most chain stores don’t.
