What to tell us when you get in touch
The more you can tell us up front, the more accurate the quote. Four things help most:
What the device is. Make and model if you have it — a Dell tower, a MacBook Air, a PS5, an iPhone 13. If you are not sure, a photo of the label works.
What it is doing. Won’t power on, no display, blue screen, fans loud, dropping Wi-Fi, cracked screen, stuck on a logo. Plain description is fine — you do not need the technical term.
When it started, and what changed. A drop, a spill, a power cut, a Windows update, or nothing at all. This often points straight at the cause.
Whether there is data you need. Photos, documents, saves. Say so early — it changes how we approach the repair from the first step.
If you don’t know any of that, call anyway. Most people describe the problem in a sentence and we take it from there.
