I called at 12:40 for an iPhone screen replacement. They got it done the same day, came to my house and picked up my phone within 15 minutes of our phone call. The repair only took maybe 30 minutes and he returned it to my front door. The convenience of having my device picked up and dropped back off was incredible, especially with a 3 month old at home. Amr took my phone that had a badly malfunctioning battery. While replacing it the battery came apart and damaged the screen slightly. He told me not to pay him until he got a new screen in. He is good for his word – he replaced the screen, all functions worked, and only charged for the battery. I paid extra anyway because he went above and beyond. An honorable guy. Thanks Amr.
